Planning the Website

Using the information you supplied us with in your free website quotation, we will prepare a list of your website requirements and use this information to develop an understanding of your expectations.
A web manager will contact you during this process if any clarifications are needed.
Website design and implementation contract . . .
After your Guam web design company have reach an agreement with you concerning Scope – time frame – price. We will forward the website design and construction contract to review and sign. Once your signature has been added to the contract you may attach your 50% deposit and send them to us.
About your deposit . . .
Our team can only begin work on your project after having received the signed contract and 50% deposit. Your expected time frame for completion will not begin until both of these requirements are met. At this time we will send you a full contract and notification that work has begun no your web project.
Retainers and monthly maintenance . . .
Not all hosting plans from all companies are capable of powering ever site, most especially websites with extended interactive features and functionality. This is why we always offer a monthly maintenance plan for your benefit. Should you elect to take advantage of our very competitive retainer package you will be able to enjoy the following:
- Free Initial Domain Registration
- Free Annual Domain Renewal
- Free Hosting on - High speed, dedicated severs on the local backbone of the U.S., Europe or Asia (depending on the demographic of the target audience you wish to reach).
- A set hourly rate for all new additions and updates. Clients availing of the Monthly retainer package will automatically receive the preferred customer hourly rate after your monthly allotment of maintenance hours (as set forth in your contract) has been consumed (overages).
- Level two priority updates will be free up to 50% of your allocated monthly maintenance hours.
Step Two
Layout and Design of your Website
Website construction gets under way . . .
Once your deposit and signed contract have been received by our team at Guam web design company, a web manager will be assigned to your project. This web manager will be a fluent English speaking, highly motivated member out our professional staff of experienced web design engineers.
You be contacted by your web manager with a request for needed content and information. Our meeting any deadline and or time frames listed in the contract will be contingent on the receipt of requested content and information within a reasonable time period of time. Only after 100% of the content and information being requested by your Guam web design company web manager has been received will actual website construction begins.
Web development progress will be available for you to view as the process continues.
Website design concept submission . . .
We will submit three conceptual designs for you to choose from. After selecting one of the designs, you may request that we tweak it or incorporate portions of the other two concepts you were presented with. Once you have decided on the look and feel of the design, we will continue on the mechanics of website building for your project.
Acquisition of photographs . . .
During the web development portion of the process, we / you may determine that there is a need for photographs that you do not have. Should it come to pass that we must purchase photographs, 100% of that cost will be passed on to the client. If you have not already done so, now may be a good time to request a free no obligation web site quotation.
Step Three
Website development and programming
Layout and programming . . .
The website layout flow and design are incorporated with the functions and interactivity set forth in your agreement.
Page builds . . .
Develop and build all of the pages needed for the website. All scripting such as data driven content will also be built and populated at this time. All special Flash ActionScript animations and functions for your website. Please have a look at other sites we have completed in our Portfolio to get an idea of some of the Flash and other types of special features we have created in the past.
Navigation and links . . .
Menus and navigation devises using JavaScript, DHTML and Flash. The method and formulation set in the contract agreement will be used for these.
Sitemap and XML backend scripting . . .
Special coding will be used to create a sitemap for your website. XML sitemaps and "feeder" application that help your site’s standings in the search engines will be developed.
Web content . . .
We will now implement the content given us by you. Your logo and all text and photos that you had given us during the content gather process. Our team needs you to deliver all content in a timely fashion in order to ensure that your web site launches on time.
