This website will provide pertinent information on the Consent Decree for the Closure of Ordot Dump Projects under Civil Case No. 02–000222 (United States of America, represented by the US Environmental Agency v. Government of Guam) and other related issues. Currently GovGuam is under a Consent Decree for the Closure of the Ordot Dump. The Consent Decree takes in a variety of projects; from the Closure of the Ordot Dump, which includes an Environmental Baseline Study (EBS), PS&E, Construction and Permitting to the Opening of a New Municipal Solid Waste Landfill.
