Tipping Fee

Under Public Law 28-56 the Guam Public Utilities Commission established a commercial, government and residential tipping and user's fees to fund the activities of DPW –Solid Waste Management and the Consent Decree for the Closure of Ordot Dump (Civil Case No. 02-000022).

Effective November 1, 2005 the current interim rates are as follows:

  • Residential Tipping Fee: $ 10.00 per month
  • Tipping Fee (compacted): $ 20.00/cy
  • Tipping Fee (uncompacted): $ 5.00/cy
  • Self Drop (under 3 cy): $ 2.50/pickup
  • Self Drop (over 3 cy): $ 5.00/cy

Payments for the Tipping fee can be made at the following banks or any Treasurer of Guam Cashier:

Non-receipt of billing statement does not prevent your account from becoming due, payable and scheduled for termination of service.

Payments made after due date will appear on your next bill.
